With over 25 years of experience in workshop design and facilitation in a variety of industries, Allison combines her nonprofit leadership experience through organizations like Hillel with extensive engineering leadership roles at companies like GitHub and DEV Community. Through this combination, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and human-centered facilitation to every engagement. Allison has mastered the art of designing purposeful gatherings that drive meaningful outcomes while ensuring inclusivity for diverse thinking styles and communication preferences.

Throughout her career, Allison has successfully led organizations through critical transitions, including high-growth periods and cultural shifts and strategic realignments. Her experience spans from startups to mature organizations, where she has consistently demonstrated the ability to bridge different departmental priorities and human aspects of organizational development. Allison holds a BA from the University of Michigan and has completed extensive MBA coursework at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, focusing on change management, strategy creation, and leadership development. Based in Washington DC, Allison can often be found boosting her son's climbing prowess, admiring her daughter's sass, or pretending she has time to bake.
